We Know Why, Even If They Don't!
Limiting Carbs Results in Greater Weight Loss
The experts and researchers who did this study which was published in this month's Journal of Clinical Endocrinology and Metabolism, say they can't figure out why a low-carbohydrate diet works better than a low fat diet, but that work better it does, and not just a little better - the researchers found that the women on the low-carbohydrate diet lost more than twice as much weight as those in the low fat diet comparison group during the six-month study period!
Even more impressive, only the people on the low fat diet were told to limit their overall calorie intake - the low-carb dieters were not told to limit calories, only carbs. By conventional dietary wisdom, that should have stacked the deck in favor of more weight loss for the low fat dieter, but no - the low carbohydrate dieters lost more weight, and presumably enjoyed a much more satisfying and healthier diet while doing so!
These researchers may claim to be puzzled as to why the conventional dietary wisdom of low calorie / low fat dieting would be beaten out by low carbohydrate dieting, but we are not - we invite you to learn more about low carb dieting - the scientifically proven Protein Sparing Modified Fast - by reading the new e-Book The Super Fast Diet. There is no mystery in this book: you will learn how to lose weight faster than fasting, while restoring deep nutrition and health. Two decades of scientific and clinical research has been distilled and made accessible to dieters, with unimpeachable medical and scientific references to satisfy even the most skeptical. Check out The Super Fast Diet and start losing today!
