High Cholesterol Linked to Prostate Cancer Risk
Not really "new news," but you'd think so from reading the
conventional media. Overweight, high cholesterol, smoking, lack of exercise are ALL risk factors for prostate cancer.

Dietarily speaking, high carb diets are a serious risk factor (and high carb diets are the leading cause of high cholesterol, not cholesterol in the diet).

Nutrient deficiencies are risk factors, too. Zinc, selenium, vitamin D are typically deficient in the US adult diet, and any one of these can lead to the development of prostate CA.

Bottom line? The same lifestyle, diet and supplement program that is good for overall health is good for preventing prostate and other cancers.
