Obesity: Americans Suffer from 'Not Me' Syndrome

A recent study shows that many Americans are in denial about being overweight. This comes as no surprise to me. I have to chuckle to myself when an overweight or obese person tells me that they simply have "big bones."

Since overweight and smoking are the two biggest cause of death, and since they are both preventable, you should face reality about your weight and slim down if you are overweight. To help give you a "reality flash," visit our Wellness Club home page and use the BMI checker found in The Super Fast Diet box. This will tell you where you stand.

Optimal BMI for men is 18-23, for women 18-22. Slightly lower (12-18) can still be healthy if you achieve this weight deliberately through exercise and good diet including optimal supplementation, but at higher than 22-23%, we start to see health problems associated with overweight.

If you need help with weight loss, please consider a telephone  consultation with me. Not only are my weight loss methods the fastest and easiest available, they will also correct other health problems and reverse the aging in the process. You can lose years while you lose weight!
