Dog Owners Beware-- Common Sweetener is Toxic to Dogs
Xylitol is a common sweetener, and it has been thought to actually have some health benefits for humans. It does look like dog owners need to be careful with it though, and this report will cause us to re-evaluate the use of this sweetener to make double, triple sure that we can recommend it's use for Wellness Club Members. Stay tuned, and in the meantime, no treats of "people food" other than meat or vegetables for your favorite poochie!
