Echinacea Cuts Cold Incidence

Use of echinacea, or extract of the purple coneflower,
before the onset of full-blown symptoms of the common
cold reduces the incidence by more than a half and the
duration by almost two full days, researchers reported
here at the annual meeting of the American College of
Clinical Pharmacology.

This report is not amazing, since knowledge of echinacea's healing power has been well-studied. What IS amazing is that this report appears in several mainstream journals---- first the Pharmacology circles and then in a conventional nursing journal. Next thing you know, you'll need an RX. to buy the stuff!

We've always loved the positive immune effects of echinacea. Check out our immune formulas containing echinacea and be sure to have a bottle on hand before the cold and flu season hit.
