The truth is that most locals work on weekdays so if you are a tourist either you end up stuck in tourist bars or you need to head out to those clubs where you will find a nice atmosphere with locals.
One of those I particulary like is Luz de Gas.

It has daily live shows, opens from 23 till 4.a.m.
Winter weekday nights are nice in this club.
