Podcasting statistics. . .
This time last year there were maybe two dozen podcasts. Today http://www.podcastalley.com reports a directory of 8001 with a back log of 1322 waiting for approval. Google now reports 32,900,000 hits on the word podcasting up from 400 a year ago. . .and I think we're just getting started.
Podcast of the day. . .
The Newshour with Jim Lehrer from PBS
I've been a big fan of this news show for many years but am generally unable to find the time to watch it and it goes out of date so fast it's almost not worth taking up space on the TiVo so this podcast is a big win for me as I can listen in the car on the way to work in the morning.
