No RSS on the Microsoft Home Page

Robert Scoble:

This is not a flame. But, I would call it a mild rant. I can't believe that after all your work and techno-evangelism at Microsoft, that I can't find any RSS feeds on the the main homepage of the Microsoft website. Given that Microsoft is involved in the creation of collaboration tools for the Information Worker of today, how come I can't find any RSS links on the microsoft home page? I have traveled at least three levels deep and I still can't find any rss feeds! I clicked on the Xbox and Gaming link from the home page and at least was HOPING to get an RSS feed for the Xbox site, but, alas to no avail. I am willing to bet BIG money, that Microsoft would love the increased click-throughs that they would get from RSS feeds.  There is no end to the interesting and new information coming out of Microsoft, but alas, locating RSS feeds from the website, for even the basic Microsoft Office products is daunting...

I noticed that the Microsoft Executive Email Website has an RSS feed.  That is good progress, but what good does it do for those of us that have to support Microsoft products if we can't have feeds to the latest release information and all the great things that Microsoft is doing these days?

So tell me Scoble, what gives with the rest of Microsoft?

Note: This is not an attempt to get any traffic to my blog.  However, God willing, Microsoft will demonstrate a willingness to put up some feeds so we can get the latest, greatest information presented at our fingertips.

UPDATE:

Look at Sun's Front Page!!! There is a nice orange xml button that leads to a great page on the RSS feeds available at Sun, they get it!

There is a page in MSDN with RSS feeds that is buried, after a search of Google for Microsoft RSS Feeds..., but nothing on the Microsoft Front Page (no pun intended).  Why doesn't Microsoft get it???

I am at a loss for words at this point...

Thanks for listening...
