Business is Picking Up

The last couple of weeks, I have been very busy. I have been approached to perform back-end database web work (asp and php/mysql) by two different individuals, who knew of, or were referred to me.  The most significant change is that I have been exposed to the best practices for utilizing Microsoft SharePoint Portal technology through business associates of mine over at Interlink.  They did a very professional engagement at a client of mine, with a Sharepoint implementation.  I now have a firm grasp of the basics of Sharepoint development.  Sharepoint Portals are used for collaboration and consolidation of business processes.  The best bang for the buck is for several departments to consolidate business processes and to share their information in one place.  This saves time and effort to accomplish shared business goals. 11:04:15 PM     comment [] trackback []
