Julie & Julia 365 days, 524 recipes, 1 tiny apartment kitchen One of the most enjoyable books I have read lately is "Julie & Julia 365 days, 524 recipes, 1 tiny apartment kitchen" by Julie Powell. It is a wonderful, funny and touching story of a woman at a crossroad in her life who decides to cook her way through Julia Child's "Mastering the art of French cooking", but gives herself the deadline of one year. And in the course of her self imposed challenge, she rediscovers the joy in life. This is one of those books that you can't put down once you start. Susan 11:28:57 AM
