A Gorgeous Fall Day
A sunny, warm fall day! I was out running errands for a while this afternoon with the car windows rolled down, the sun and warm breeze flowing through the car and Denyce Graves on the CD. A great place to be!
We have yet to have our first frost. Maybe Daughter will look up the weather records and determine the date of our latest frost. We've often had a major frost the third week of August. This morning it was 38 but this afternoon it is 59 degrees.
I'm trying to get things cleaned up ready to go to Seattle for the Slingerland Institute for Literacy annual board meeting. I will be trading the vice presidency for the treasurer.
