Steyning AC walking coach Martin Hesketh is working to make the club a 'Centre of Excellence for Race Walking'.

A selection of the club's talent was out on the hilly, country roads to and from the Sussex village this afternoon - on the final day of British summer time having the rare opportunity to work on a tan!

The October issue is now available, featuring the RWA 50km Championships and the second part of the article 'Coaching Race Walking to Young Athletes' by Antonio La Torre, who just happens to be the coach of the new Olympic 20km Champion Ivano Brugnetti!
