Chris Sells wrote me an email: "You can love machines and people, but only people can love you back." True. So, I'm taking the rest of the weekend off and gonna run around like a giddy kid with Maryam.

But, on the other hand, posting to my weblog has gotten me friends like Chris Sells. So, there is that condundrum, isn't there?

Jeffrey Zeldman reports that Microsoft has stopped development on IE5 for the Macintosh.

Here's an article on CNET about the same thing.

I don't know the story behind this decision (and I'm not a Mac user so I don't feel invested in that community enough to rant pro or con), so I won't say anything for now.
