Someone asked me "will the PDC have wireless?" Yes, it will, but if all 5000 attendees try to get on during the keynote...

Let's just say there are limits on WiFi spectrum and one room just can't support that many at one time. But, we are gonna do our best to keep everyone's wireless going. Definitely bring your computers. From what I hear we will even have some seats with power outlets.

Shawn at Text America tells me there's a "protest moblog" starting about RFID. I don't agree with the cause. I wanna put RFIDs into everything I own. Heck, I carry my Microsoft badge everywhere I go. I am suprised that Microsoft's company store doesn't sell door locks that work with our badges. Now that would be cool!

I was snooping around the secret Longhorn sites on campus and learned that compiling Longhorn takes 14 hours. They start at 5 p.m. and it's ready at 7 a.m.

I didn't know that top VB'er Bill Storage did the Examsoft testing service (colleges use it to administer exams). If testing doesn't float your boat, check out Bill's railroad pictures (taken at a California's top railroad museums).

I wasn't sure what I was going to write about tonight, but NewsForge came through for me. They looked at a map of Microsoft's corporate campus and analyzed it for conspiracies. I think it's funny, so shoot me.
