fred and jill's visit Had agreat time last night at dinner with Fred Davis and his friend Jill. It was good to see Fred again. Last time we met he was my age (38) and still working for Ziff Davis (no relation I'm told). It was good to be with people who also don't really know what they want to be when they grow up either :) We discussed politics, technology and how good Jill's wine selection was for our meal. I learned that Fred's dad was professor emeritus at the University of Utrecht. His passing was the reason for their visit. rss comes of age Progress!! RSS comes of age as Microsoft starts publishing feeds of for their developers. I hope that as developers see the benifit(s) of this format, the more it will be supported in applications and operating systems. (Is that even appropriate?).
