Rob heeft en goed idee. We kunnen natuurlijk na de dagelijkse uitzending, die via 103FM in Camp Smitty te ontvangen zal zijn, Radio Veronica vannuit Nederland doorzenden op de basis op dezelfde frequentie.

Another long day of press and preparations for the trip to Camp Smitty. This project appears to be rather unique. I've been hunting arouond for weblogs from servicemen/women who have been to Camp Smitty, found a dutch marine who's there now. I'm pretty much over the cold that's been lingering for over amonth now. One more early morning and iti's home to Belgium and my princesses in the castle :)
And don't you just love what you're colleagues will do to you when you're taking a catnap on the office couch...

Plenty of questions coming in regarding our week long broadcast from Camp Smitty, Irak. Most want to know if we will be allowed to do and say as we please, or if we'll have an 'embedded' status.
The dutch ministry of defense only asked us to do the same show we normally do, with the obvious exception of local news, guests and an adapted playlist of songs. I'm mostly looking forward to blogging our experience along the way and setting up our webcam.
One thing is very obvious, the 'established' 'journalistic' media are unhappy, perhaps somewhat envious of our freedom and permissions. Definitely unique for these parts of the world.

Maandag is ze te zien in de nieuwe RTL4 drama serie 'De Erfenis", vanmorgen al te gast in de ochtend show, Sonja Silva. Ze was er met haar nieuwe vriend 'Eddy', opname leider op de set van bovengenoemde serie. Lucky bastard.
