helidet Another awesome day in Iraq. We visited the Royal Dutch Airforce, who are stationed in Tlill along with 6000 us troops. Their primary mission is medivac. Too late to blog it all tonite, but I really want to thank the guys and gals there for the quality time they spent with us, not to mention the flight back to Camp Smitty in the Chinook. I sat up front with Night Vision Goggles. An experince I'll never forget. They also hooked me up with this personalized desert hat. 10:13:12 PM

wednesday, this must be iraq Goodmorning from Camp Smitty Iraq. Another fun show this morning. we had a couple of technical problems when a few bulldozers drove by our broadcast tent the ground shook so much that it wacked our sattelite positioning. The sand is also starting to become a bit of a problem. Curious to see how the powerbook holds up. So far so good :) Yesterday's trip to Ar Rumaytaha resulted in a beautiful series of pictures taken by our producer Maikel little fish Steur. In about an hour we're off to Tallil, a major airbase. I'm hoping to get a tour of some of the equipment, specifically of the rotary kind :) 9:27:08 AM
