The renderer had so much work to do that it took longer than 10 seconds, and the upstreamer started upstreaming files, that were then accumulated in recentlyWrittenWwwFiles. It's not clear that all of them upstreamed and recentlyWrittenWwwFiles is not empty now. (I'm running with recentlyWrittenWwwFiles open all the time so I can watch it.)
