I'm not certain if Mike Krus' NewsIsFree.com (now available only in the five headlines per feed-read flavor) had a hiccup, or what. Anyway, I just *had* to blog this one, since this headline was in my feed from the Christian Science Monitor Learning section. Heh. It seems that some Nevada residents are trying to position their state to become "the American Amsterdam"...

Brothels, blackjack, and ... bongs? Oh my.

Think of all the extra gambling income that would, uh, roll in from all of the drunk-on-free-drinks stoners. They wouldn't even have to have dealers actually dealing cards, just have somebody there to gather the money and tell the stoners that they didn't win that hand...
