Doc recently suggested that a digital photo of him was not as flattering as he would like. Last Christmas a friend of mine gave me a Canon S100 Powershot camera. I just re-set the counter, after noting that I had taken just more than a 1,000 pictures with it in calendar 2001. Some were great, some not so great, but I loved using it. And as a great photographer said that he got great pictures because he took lots of them.

I also noted that I only printed about 25 pictures, again using an ink-jet printer, and I don't think I sent one roll of 35 mm file to be developed.

So long Kodak!
