Basketball News Hall of Fame Oregon State coach Miller dead at 82 My dad always had his teams at Ferris start practice and pregame warmups with a drill he called OSU layins. I'm pretty sure he borrowed the drill from Ralph Miller. 9:09:00 PM     Rural Broadband Internet Access It's nice to see that viable alternatives to DSL and Cable are starting to arrive for rural computer users. Of course everything seems to be pretty PC-centric so far. Broadband in the Boonies is a great article in Macworld about hacking Starband to support Macs. There's some good followup in the message boards as well. Looks like Avista is a local company that will install the Starband system. 4:03:00 PM
