PHP and MySQL I used this article on MacAddict to guide me through the process of installing PHP and MySQL on MacOS X. It went really smoothly although the compiles took a while (don't start this process at the end of the workday for instance like I did). Once you've got everything installed you can work through this tutorial. 11:27:00 PM     Kaycee Nicole Like a lot of webloggers I followed the Kaycee Nicole hoax story on Metafilter with quite a bit of interest over the weekend. I wasn't really aware of Kaycee's weblog until after she had "died" last week, but I remember thinking that she must not have been typing her own entries when I read her last post. It's too bad that so many people that have invested so much emotionally came away feeling hurt and betrayed. I feel a little tired, maybe I should just go to bed. The first Weakest Link Celebrity Edition was pretty weak in the entertainment and IQ departments. I think there were two rounds that they only managed to bank $1000. George Wendt of Cheers fame didn't miss a question and was voted off halfway through the show. Rob Schneider was pretty much the only saving grace to me humor-wise, the rest of the comedians weren't very funny and some were particularly annoying.
