I am still trying to get my head around the new Radio. Seems like UserLand has once again zigged to to their own zag. Radio started as a outliner for editing Manila websites, adding lots of cool new tools and interfaces to the outliner, and generally making it simpler than using Manila's web interface. Now Radio's primary use is providing a web interface to a blogging tool? Lots of cool, behind-the-scenes stuff and a nice clean interface to make the process simpler, but still...
I know what is available under the hood, so grabbing Radio for $40 is a no-brainer. But it is going to take some time and digging to figure out how it all works, how things fit together, and how to adapt my existing work to fit the new environment.
In other words, Radio is a classic UserLand product.
