New plan to develop hills: "A developer's proposal to build a residential subdivision on 165 acres in Milpitas' hillside has evolved into a complex issue of conformance with Measure T, the city's 2004 voter-approved ordinance that limits ..." (Via San Jose, CA - Topix.net.) These hills are identified as being landslide prone. That is a mild assessment. Any developer that builds there and any homeowner that buys there is a moron.
