PyObjC is a cool tool that lets you call the Cocoa API from Python. You can now create Python projects in Project Builder, with all the Foundation and AppKit stuff set up to go.

I keep going back and forth between it and wxPython. I like wxPython because I can target a wider variety of platforms, but I also like being able to play with the Cocoa API. Can't have everything, I guess.
