This whole case is really scry. Using the Patriot act, officers entered his house several times without any sort of notice. They then arrested him as a material witness, allowing them to hold him indefintiely. Thankfully, they did eventually release him but they could have easily stonewalled and just made him disappear. That is a scenario that could never have happened before in America. It can now and it will, since they always go too far.  comment []10:22:34 PM

Pretty amazing that a movie that will make tons of money and win some awards can be distributed everywhere BUT the US. It does appear that Disney has allowed the Weinstein's to get control of the movie distribution back but the deal does not allow them to make any profit off of the very controversy that DIsney has created.

In another one of those weird notes, Moore had video footage of an interview with Nick Berg way back in the winter, long before Berg's death became notorious. Moore will only share the footage with Berg's family and it will not appear in any movie he ever makes. What a strange coincidence.  comment []10:02:02 PM
