Is James Joyce's estate misusing its copyright? Lawrence Lessig files suit against the James Joyce estate, arguing that Joyce's grandson Stephen is abusing the power of copyright to shut down legitimate scholarly activity, and he wants a judge to rule on the matter. Loose Change The only thing that makes this video better than Chemtrails of Death is that it's better produced -- far better. But in most other respects, it's the moral equivalent -- it uses all sorts of techniques to back up a stance that is, in short, insane. When you look closely, the "evidence" dissolves into nothing but paranoid fantasies. When I mentioned chemtrails at work, someone asked why the government was poisoning us like that, and Paul answered, "to make us paranoid." The thing about these paranoids is that by ignoring the real world, they make it easier for the hegemonists.
