Dude's been tea-bagging employers since he entered office. This says it all.
Between 1999 and 2003, worksite enforcement operations were scaled back 95 percent by the Immigration and Naturalization Service, which has been merged into the Homeland Security Department.
The number of employers prosecuted for unlawfully employing immigrants dropped from 182 to four, and fines collected declined from $3.6 million to $212,000, according to federal statistics.
In 1999, the United States initiated fines against 417 companies. In 2004, it issued fine notices to three.

White House Press Secretary Tony Snow on CBS' Face The Nation on Sunday morning:
But the president's also said it's a funny war because somebody, by a single act of violence or if in fact American -- or simply the fact that two American servicemen are missing, that becomes the big story rather than the fact that you've got almost 60,000 forces on the ground going after bad guys. We've apprehended hundreds of bad guys since Zarqawi died.
Since the White House spokesman said it on national television how come a Google News search turns up zero results for "funny war" "tony snow"?
Isn't it news if President Bush really believes that Iraq is a "funny war"?
Or is that just old news?

All this week Morning Edition is looking at leadership in the Iraq war. They begin with Joe Galloway. A legend among military reporters, Galloway was a military correspondent for more than 40 years. In Vietnam, he sometimes picked up a gun, and was the only civilian to be awarded the Bronze Star by the U.S. Army. One of the many things that's interesting about Galloway is that he has a self-professed love for soldiers, and out of that love comes some of the most damning criticism of the military leadership.
