It occurred to me that despite writing about them recently I hadn't added Skype and PGPfone to my directory, so now I've done so (under the "Computers" section). Note that Skype runs on Windows and PocketPC, and PGPfone runs on Mac OS and Windows. A recent test suggests that PGPfone doesn't work with OS X.

Raed pointed to a report from an English friend of his who made it into Fallujah and back trying to help people. Her report is very similar to the one I pointed to on Wednesday.
