It's not entirely clear if the election result has truly been determined yet, given the large number of provisional votes in Ohio, but it's nonetheless safe to say this:
Over 99% of the voters gave their support to a thug who will steal from me at gunpoint, stomp on my civil liberties, arbitrarily invade foreign countries that have done me no harm, and do his level best to leave me unable to defend myself when all the relatives of the people he's killed all over the world come looking for revenge.
In other words, nothing will change.
