Jeeze! I've had nothing but trouble with Radio today. For some reason the new updates aren't happy with my system. Also my hard drive on the notebook is clunking (utoh!) Sounds like it may be time to send the Omnibook into HP for a new one.
Also today the Supremes heard Eldred vs. Ashcroft. Several people who got one of the 25 choice seats have blogged their opinions and thoughts. It is good to hear what they thought. However, remember that the public is not allowed to take notes while sitting as a Guest of The Court while in session. So most of what they are saying is a newbies opinion of the Arguements from memory. From the sketchy comments people are making it appears Lessig had his work cut out for him. What most people don't understand is that arguing in from of the Supremes is like pleading your case before your parents. They get to interupt and ask questions to their hearts content. Why? Because they're the Supremes, dummy.

Note to Doc: An MultiAdapter or USB media readers to format your MemSticks as well as other card formats are available at Fried's, CompuUsless and other discount retailers near you. They are small, lightweight and will save the camera batteries. Plus those of us who have other formats, like Compact Flash, can hand off a card to you to read.
When they launched the Space Shuttle on Monday, STS-112 had a new RocketCam mounted on the large external fuel tank pointed down at the shuttle. NASA has encoded and released the video of the launch from the RocketCam point of view. All I can say is "Wow! What a ride!" It's worth a look if you've got the time.
