I am a big fan of HigherWaves, a subscription-based Christian music service. For about $10 per month you get access to a pretty good library of Christian music. It is a streaming service only, using the Windows Media Player, but, as I said, the library is fairly extensive. I think this service is connected with EMI, but they appear to be adding non-EMI artists all the time. The current issue of Christianity Today is devoted to the topic of Christianity in China. Some great articles there; this is just one of many. With increasing exposure of the facts about the Chinese governments policy against "cults", one wonders when (and how) we will begin to put pressure on them to change. 8:53:04 PM     ChristianityToday.com - Christianity Today Magazine - Weblog: The Difference Between Christianity and Islam in a Controversial Nutshell: "Islam is a religion in which God requires you to send your son to die for Him. Christianity is a faith in which God sends his son to die for you." 8:39:59 PM     Why ashes on Ash Wednesday?: "In ancient times, people marked times of fasting, prayer, repentance, and remorse by placing ashes on their foreheads" I was trying to gather some information on the significance of ashes (penance, etc.) tonight when I ran across an interesting site run by Ken Collins.
