Dvorak Switcher

So a few weeks ago I switched to the Dvorak Keyboard Layout (Hoping that it is more ergonomic than the QUERTY layout).

The first week was no fun... I was probably typing like 2 words a minute. Doing a (few) tests now, a few weeks later, rates my skills at about 25-35WMP. Still, this feels subjectively much slower than how fast it "felt like" I was going with QUERTY.

However, I'm doing pretty well with the new layout. It does feel better going at a faster rate (now), and (while I'm still fighting some "neighbor errors" - hitting m instead of w (because they are beside each other), o instead of e, . instead of , , it's been OK. Especially after I switched the physical keys on my desktop keyboard, and made my own Dvorak key labels for my laptop's keyboard.

But, I must be learning... last night my fingers were "air typing", and after a few seconds I noticed they were typing in Dvorak.

(and yes, my QUERTY speed is now down to "Horrible", thank you very much :-( )
