So I like TextMate's folding feature, letting you get Unimportant Stuff out of the way until you have to work on it. But, until today, I had assumed that folding was entirely set by a language grammar.

Not so: Select a bunch of text and View->Fold Selection (or right click and choose it from there). BAMMO: instant fold.
