To further reduce the impact of the cheescake, I walked down Flatbush Avenue Extension to the Manhattan Bridge and then across it to Chinatown. Crossed it at sundown the beginning of the Day of At-one-ment.

Went to BAM this afternoon to see the Ballet Frankfurt. It was wonderful; four pieces choreographed by William Forsythe. After the performance walked down Flatbush Avenue to Junior's and had some dinner. Because I knew I was going to end up with a piece of cheesecake,
I started with a tuna salad platter; something on the scale of having a diet soda with the cheesecake.
