Ug. When was the last time we saw a high profile analyst downgrade a high-profile stock to such a negative rating? Is it time to unload my shares from 6 years ago?

Surely the iPhoto team is working on a kick-ass version 2.0... how else to explain the long delay from 1.0.1?!?! The bugs in iPhoto are enough to completely negate all its wonderful features. For example, whenever I try to select more than one photo and hit the delete key, iPhoto locks up! iPhoto is also slooow, and I can imagine this is because it relies on Cocoa and Quartz, two technologies with lots of promise and little maturity. So, my biggest request for iPhoto 2.0 is "usability: less bugs and more speed". Perhaps time will heal all wounds.

On another front, iPhoto has plenty of areas to explore. Check out this nice timeline feature in Picasa, which shows pictures chronologically. Now, if iPhoto exported a dynamic calendar to iCal, i could quickly find photo albums for important dates (my birthday, halloween, etc.)
