SVJUG and BayPIGgies
Attended two meetings tonight.
The Silicon Valley Java Users Group
meets at Netscape in Mountain View starting at 7 (6:30 if you want to schmooze
first), while the
Bay Area Python Interest Group meets at 7:30,
usually at Stanford.
SVJUG: a talk about EJB 2.0 and CMP 2.0 (Container-Managed Persistence).
Described several of the features that were added to CMP 2.0 that might get
CMP adopted more widely than CMP 1.1 was.
It was newby's night at the Python meeting, some good
Q's and A's about Python. I even heard a URL that I wasn't
very familiar with: http://scipy.org/
