The Road to CSS
(Sorry, another Radio/HTML nerd entry) ... I still haven't converted all of the weblog's templates to remove the unnecessary nested tables from spots where CSS entries will have the same effect. The result is that, for now, if I want to change the whole background of the weblog, I have to make changes in both the #homeTemplate and the #itemTemplate.
Would be nice if HTML comments worked inside CSS and ".txt" files, but I don't think they do. So how do you add comments to remember, .e.g., some background color that you want to change it back to, later? My current solution in CSS is to add attributes that IE ignores, like "was-background-color:". That doesn't work in the straight HTML, though.
