Denver 2004 November Election

Mark Udall would rather keep a safe seat in the U.S. House than run against Ben Nighthorse Campbell, according to the Rocky Mountain News [December 23, 2003, "Udall declines Senate bid"]. I wonder if he had a look at this poll from the Rocky Mountain News/News 4 before opting out? [December 23, 2003, "Poll looks good for Campbell"] Here's the coverage from the Denver Post [December 23, 2003, "Udall declines Senate bid"]. From the article, "State Democratic Party Chairman Chris Gates said he will talk with Hart, state Sen. Dan Grossman of Denver and former Hart chief of staff Thomas Hoog about running against Campbell."

Denver lawyer Brad Freedberg and Mike Miles have announced their candidacies. Here's a link to Mike Miles' website and here's a link to Brad Freedburg's website. Where are your weblogs gentlemen?

2004 Presidential Election

This website was mining feedback on a possible Nader candidacy last Friday. Today he's opted out of the Green Party nomination. He hasn't ruled out a run altogether. Thank to the Daily Kos for the link.
