2004 Presidential Election Howard Dean's campaign is saying that 6 District of Columbia council members have endorsed Dean in his run for the Democratic presidential nomination. Dean's understanding of local issues and voting rights for Washington D.C. residents seemed to have sealed the deal for him. 6:35:11 PM
