2004 Presidential Election

Colorado Luis is enthuisiastic about a John Kerry - Gary Hart ticket. He thinks the Democrats would be signaling that they are serious about terrorism.

I first met Gary Hart as a student at Metropolitan State College around the time of the Vietnam war. Here's a link to his weblog. He doesn't update often.

A recent CBS News poll shows a deadlock in the 18 "Battleground" states, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Iowa, Michigan, Maine, Minnesota, Missouri, New Hampshire, New Mexico, Nevada, Ohio, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. New Mexico went Gore in 2000. Thanks to TalkLeft for the link.

TalkLeft posts some political satire. Warning: Unfavorable views of President Bush.

Rasmussen Reports has President Bush leading John Kerry 47 to 44. Thanks to the Daily Kos for the link. The Kos is getting blasted in the blogosphere.

Update: John Kerry has removed his advertisement from the Daily Kos website.
