2004 Presidential Transition
Taegan Goddard: "Tom Ridge "may linger at Homeland Security while Bush seeks his successor," the Wall Street Journal reports. Meanwhile, Health and Human Services Secretary Thompson is expected to leave, but aides say no announcement is imminent.
