Coyote Gulch Outage

The 'Ol Coyote will be wandering about on the two-lane blacktop and county roads, across Colorado and Utah, for a few days. Posts will depend on connectivity. I'll catch up on all the cool election news soon. There are a bunch of links on the Presidential Election here and for the local Denver Election, here. Water issues are here.

Colorado Water

Denver Water meets today and will consider adding a watering day or lengthening irrigation time, according to the Rocky Mountain News [June 30, 2004, "Good news for lawns?"]. Here's a list of Denver Water's reservoirs and their current levels: Antero 0%; Eleven Mile, 83%; Cheesman, 90%; Marston, 55%; Chatfield, 79%; Dillon, 90%; Williams Fork, 85%; Wolford Mountain, 76%; Gross, 92%; Ralston, 93%.

Update: Denver Water did vote to allow another watering day for customers. Conservation takes a back seat to revenue.
