Golden won a lawsuit brought against them by Westminster, Arvada, Northglenn, Thornton, Farmers' Highline and Canal Co., the Church Ditch Co., and Farmers Reservoir and Irrigation Co., according to the Denver Post [May 28, 2005, "Golden affirmed winner in water-rights case"].
