From today's Denver Post: "Democratic gubernatorial candidate Bill Ritter on Thursday unveiled a list of endorsements from prominent Democrats, including Denver City Council president Rosemary Rodriguez, former state Sen. Polly Baca, Denver Public Schools board member Theresa Peña, and Michael Carrigan, member of the University of Colorado Board of Regents. Some Democrats have expressed reluctance to support Ritter, the former Denver district attorney, because of his position on abortion rights. But Rodriguez said Ritter assured her he does not want to overturn Roe vs. Wade, the landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision legalizing abortion."
