Wired says that Senator Hollings anti-computer bill will fail as Senator Leahy (D-Vertmont) opposes it. It also points to this article by Glenn Harlan Reynolds that points how this issue separates Democrats from Republicans. I don't know if it is because I'm getting older, but after hating Republicans since Ronald Reagan times, I find myself agreeing and rooting for Republicans more and more. I guess the Clinton years were an illusion.

President Chavez Defeats Poverty!
According to the venezuelan President, Mr. H. Chavez, those who oppose them belong to the rich and privileged in Venezuela. According to a reputable poll 64.9% of venezuelans wants Chavez out of the government, hence, Venezuela has a large majority of rich and privileged. Kudos to president Chavez for this outstanding achievement.
