I find it very funny that a lot of security positions demand that the resume be sent in the .doc format of Word. As a security expert I would recomend against sending important info in that format, or in any other editable format. Anyone can change your info and accuse you of cheating in your resume...

I agree with (most) of the Open Letter. Sun has to reduce it workforce and concentrate in a few products. Clear up its product line and provide value for its customers. Just like Apple did in 1998...
