Chavez implicated in bank scandal The spanish judge Baltazar Garzón was informed last week of a bank account with 376 million dollars that belong to president Chavez. The money was laundered by a spanish bank (BBVA) which is implicated in corruption in Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, USA, Puerto Rico and others.
