Last friday a venezuelan General named Rosendo accused current vice-president José Vicente Rangel of coordinating, as Secretary of Defense, that attack by the Chavists Circles of death to the peaceful march of April 11. The center of the accusation was a phone call made by Rangel to Bernal the Mayor of the center of Caracas. Rangel denied everything, especially the conversation with Bernal on saturday. Yesterday (monday) a TV station transmitted a recording of the denied conversation. He has to resign, instead he gave a meeting...Ashamed, anyone? 8:12:31 AM  What do you think?
