Sheep - One of the sheep is due to lamb. We've brought her, and a couple of friends, into a smaller pen close to the house. This will make some interesting pictures when the time comes...

The small tankMore Rain - Sorry I haven't been able to post anything for the past few days, but Telstra somehow managed to screw up the satelitte system and I haven't been able to send email or post via Radio. Weird.

It's been raining every day for the past week up here. Not a lot. But I reckon we've had a good 2 inches of rain since it started. Last night we received another 2.5 mm The net result is that the grass has started growing, the tanks are all full and overflowing and the oats up the back look like they've grown an inch or so.

It bugs me that the tanks are overflowing. I found a smaller 1000 litre tank agains a fence and propped it up underneath the overflow nozzle of one of the tanks to collect the precious water that was just running over the ground. So that's another 1000 litres ready to water the vegetables when Sue plants them out.

The chook shed is coming along nicely. The building is almost finished. Just a little more tin to cut and then some repairs to make to the roof. ONce done I'll post a picture so you can say "Wow, what a great chook shed!"
